Agenda - AKCMM Project Launch in Malaysia: 

  • Officially launch the AKCMM project in Malaysia, marking the start of implementation activities supported by the ASEAN-Korea Cooperation Fund and GGGI. 

  • Introduce the AKCMM initiative and raise stakeholder awareness, highlighting its regional scope, national relevance, and the importance of methane mitigation in priority sectors such as waste and energy. 

  • Foster stakeholder alignment and buy-in by communicating how AKCMM supports Malaysia’s climate goals, NDC targets, NCCP 2.0, and methane-related policy efforts.
